Key Result Areas:
❖ Directing a team of approx. 20 members; spearheading designing & implementation of MEP Systems in Construction and
Infrastructure Projects
❖ Leading integration of project designs to ensure all obligations of the contractual requirements are met and satisfied
❖ Extending support in integration of project designs with the designs developed by the Sub-Designers
❖ Managing definition of concept design for the project including identifying operational scenarios and use cases
❖ Supporting MEP Systems for the project entailing logical, functional, and operational
❖ Collaborating with the Product Development, Engineering and Manufacturing Team for verification, validation & commissioning
❖ Rendering support to the:
o Project Engineering and Systems Engineering Manager in all technical aspects
o Project Integration Committees entailing the Clients, Designers, and Third Parties as Client Representative
o Client Design Review and Internal Design Reviews
❖ Reviewing technical drawings & specifications to ensure the installation conform to standards and clients’ requirement
❖ Coordinating in construction, installation, & maintenance documentation complying with the clients’ requirements
❖ Defining project management plans, baselines, and procurement strategies; controlling project cost and schedule baselines
❖ Spearheading the entire gamut of projects including budgeting, planning, client engagement, vendor selection & execution,
contract negotiations & administration and reporting
❖ Facilitating end-to-end delivery of the projects, meeting internal and external objectives such as Cost estimation, risk, scope,
time, resource, quality and so on
❖ Liaising with the senior stakeholders to create a strategic roadmap for timely execution of projects
❖ Generating & presenting weekly status report to the senior management and client to facilitate decision-making
❖ Allocating jobs and monitoring the performance of team members to ensure efficiency in process operations; organizing regular
meetings & trainings for staff to discuss issues and enhance knowledge

MEP project manager, MEP T&C manager, MEP integration manger.
Responsible to successfully plan, manage, execute, T&C integration and handover the MEP Systems in the Crown Plaza Hotel CPH project, my
responsibilities include to ensure timely completion of project within approved
budgets on cost, resources without compromising on Quality & Safety using internal staff, as well as subcontractors to achieve the final MEP product delivery with high-quality and to fulfill the client and my organization satisfaction,
the responsibility is including but not limited to the following
1- Ensure project estimates are accurate and the project scope is executable within the budget.
2- Assist the procurement team with establishing procurement strategies and the offers.
3- Coordinate and oversee the subcontractors involved in the project execution
4- Prepare the project implementation schedule
5- Coordination with engineering team, site team, project management and subcontractors.
6- Plan and oversee startup, testing and commissioning functions
7- Preparing the overall project cost estimates
8- Creating the project commissioning plans and systems testing procedure
9- Performing the risk assessment and risk review and implement the corrective action
10- Identifying the latest technology, tools, techniques and best practices to help my team to implement and deliver the final product in professional manner
11- Supporting the growth and strength of the company culture and structure to ensure a happy, collaborative, open and enjoyable company
12- Maintaining the organized project files, information, reporting, invoicing, team performance and lessons learned in company database for future use
13- Attending and organizing regular meetings on engineering, work progress, coordination, design, ....etc. with the designer, client consultant, project team to discuss key issues related to the project and take effective corrective actions

❖ Mentored the Project Engineers in formulating financial and marketing plans; developed the Project Team to ensure consistency in performance

various ongoing projects, organized project review meetings and analyzed success of each venture

❖ Established company policy and annual target plan for projects and provided guidance to the internal teams in achieving assigned

and within defined project time frame
❖ Fostered relationships with all the Project Staff, Contractors, Subcontractor, Stakeholders, Government Authority; assessed
change requests and proposals received from the Consultants, Client, Contractors and Subcontractors

o Buildings Technology Systems, and High Performance Design o Marketing, Procurement Strategy and Cost Analysis techniques o MEP Construction & Subcontracting
Project Manager in DAR ALBAYAN Trading and Contracting Company, member of ALBAYAN HOLDING GROUP / approved contractor and material supplier by Saudi Electricity Company (SEC), for all electrical work up to the tension of 66KV: Scope is designing, analyzing and implementation of the Electrical Systems in the projects (Medium voltage, Low voltage, and Low currents systems) as per the clients’ requirement. Reading and studying the drawing issued for construction to assure that the execution of projects are completed in compliance with drawings and specifications, within budget, and on schedule.
1- Scheduling the time frame for designing and implementation the project activities, and defining the roles and responsibilities, to ensure that all installations are completed in accordance with the company quality methods, project design and contract documents.
2- Maintaining good working relationships with all project contractors and stakeholders, reviewing, analyzing and evaluating change requests and proposals, from consultants, client, and contractors.
3- Conducting pre-engineering and progress meetings, and site walk-through during the design and implementation stages to ensure that project implementation is proceeding according to project plans, and no corrective or preventive actions is required.
