Accountabilities:
• Performed all the chemical analysis of stability sample to ensure the shelf life of finished products
• Achieved 100% success in on time testing of finished goods: Powder for Suspension (PFS), capsules, injection and tablets
• Released minimum two to maximum nine batches of a finished product on a daily basis
• Efficient in testing blending uniformity and hold time study sample
• Could detect and report any out of specification (OOS)
• Able to find out root cause of particular Laboratory Incident and successfully completed the report on time (LIR)
• Trained three junior colleagues
• Conducted lab visiting program for interns
• Prepared and validated 156 excel sheets of calculations for 56 products in collaboration with the dept. of validation
• Held training sessions according to Annual Training Plan
