Assist in establishing a client's requirements and undertake feasibility studies
Managing project funding sources and submitting bids
Valuations - including value engineering and management
Preparing, negotiating and analyzing costs for tenders and contracts.
Cost control, planning, forecasting and estimation
Survey quantities through shop drawings and site works
