- Prepare development plan for Local Iraq Chemist, Lab Supervisor, and Lab Technician.
- Coaching & develop Seeding Lab Supervisor from Local Iraq personal
- Setup Lab facility and equipment to meet business requirement
- AVOCET PDMS monitoring
- Contractual management - Chemical, consumables, equipment until contract closure.
- Collaborate with Senior Technician to provide continuous training for Local Iraq technicians.
- Manage PECAS enrollment and progression Lab Technician Local Iraq
- Manage ACD progression Seeding Chemist and Lab Supervisor local Iraq
- Prepare Company Budget Provision annually (CPB and WPB)
- Involvement in safety culture in Petronas Iraq such as HSE Case, Audit TIER 1 MCF, etc.
- ORSA Team in Water Injection Project Garraf Final Development Plan.
- ISO17025 Accreditation Focal Person.


ACHIEVEMENT:
- Developing 1st Preservation Guideline for plant Water Management System for short and long period shutdown, resulting in the fastest plant revive and back-on-line after prolong the shutdown and minimize plant risk plant integrity.
- Developing Modified EDTA formulation resulted in crucial Particle analysis that can be done for a sample from 3rd River which far away from GIFT Plant.
- Hands-on training to Laboratory Technician on PECAS, Task-book, and upskilling competency.
- Provide hands-on training to Laboratory Supervisor on ACD, Task-book, and upskilling Technical/commercial competency.
- Provide hands-on training to Production Chemist on ACD, Task-book, and upskilling Technical/commercial competency.
- Has been in ORSA assignment for a new project for 1 year, while still assume duty as Chemist and Lab Supervisor simultaneously.
- Introduce the IRCD concept for Chemical Injection system, resulted in cost avoidance and the practical line-up of chemical injection.
- Commissioning Water Management System Laboratory.
- Commissioning and verification of sophisticated Lab equipment such as EDXRF (X-ray machine), Dual Column AGILENT GC NGA, and Z-1 Particle Counter machine.
- First-line trainer for H2S competency at field and analysis, when H2S emerging issues for non-sour system design.
- Subject Matter Expert (SME) for Accelerated Competency Development (ACD) SKG 16.6 Technology Inventory & Ruler (TI&R) and Descriptors - Analytical Technology
- Certified Competent Internal Assessor (IA) and Internal Verifier (IV) for PETRONAS Competency-based Assessment System (PECAS).
- Training of Assessor (TOA) certified for ACD.
