1. Supervision of all revenue activities to include service levels, radio communication, equipment
utilization, troubleshooting, testing and any other functions which affect the delivery of
customer service.
2. Ensure that all Control Centre personnel execute their responsibilities in accordance with
procedures and approves actions to ensure safe and efficient operation.
3. Ensures that Ampang / Sri Petaling Line Management and Control Centre staff are aware of
all events / activities that pertain to safety and operations.
4. Ensures train availability for the operation.
5. Develops and supervises the implementation of contingency plans during service disruptions,
emergencies, or other unusual occurrences.
6. Ensures that the scheduled trains are correctly configured and available for launch into
revenue service. Liaise with Operations Planner for latest train schedule.
7. Supervises the safe and efficient execution of Work Permits and NMA or PAN in accordance
with existing rules and procedures.
8. Ensures compliance of rules, bulletins, daily notices, procedures, and any other direction given
by Ampang / Sri Petaling Line management.
9. Delegate’s authority in his absence.
10. Provides input for operational and train scheduling issues as requested.
11. To verify the ATP prepared by Control Executive before allowing any activities.
