Manage a group of technician in maintaining CCTV camera condition which include repair, position focus and other related maintenance issue. Also maintaining security system which include kick bar emergency system, panic button, card access system, man trap room system and surveillance management system. Also from time to time provide training and prepare technical handbook for technician. Also give briefing on safety procedure while performing maintenance. Beside that also provide support to surveillance operator in camera coverage issue and recording issue. Also entertain any new CCTV and security installation request by inspecting the location in term of location and servicing issue such access and power point.
1.Collaborate with all Asia region Sony service centres to collect all defective power board and main PCB to be sent back to factory side for analysis purposes.
2.Troubleshoot, diagnose and repair SONY LCDTV and LEDTV main PCB and power board.
3.Prepare and share detail report for each faulty PCB with symptom information, faulty parts information such as IC, which circuit line are involved, which IC pin is involved, possible cause and treatment procedure.
4.Share defect part information with related supplier for details analysis.
5.Conduct reverse engineering procedure for each new model launch by Sony.
6.Provide training to all service center on new features for new model and technical training on troubleshoot and repair flow.
7.Prepare repair bulletin base on repair analysis of market defective board as guideline for all service center.
8.Prepare service software for field member to change model name, serial number, and reset software.
9.Manage board refurbishment center to support board shortage issue for old model TV.

5.Do testing and adjustment on all installed item.
6.Hand over the project to the customer.
