Core Responsibilities (Finished Goods Incharge)

* Finished Goods Stock Handling/stacking Date wise, machine wise and SQ wise.
* To enter/received production entries in Oracle Database.
* Preparation of all kinds of reports required by warehouse regarding FG i.e. Release report, FG status report, Chilled report etc.
* To ensure finished goods loading as per dispatched method i.e. FIFO.
To handle the chilled products
Core Responsibilities (Dispatch Officer)

* To generate DN and release Pick Slips.
* Supervision of dispatch of finished goods products, managing dispatch of finished products up to 4 lace liters/kg per day.
* FIFO based Dispatches, Control of losses during loading.
* To ensure finished goods loading as per dispatch method i.e. FIFO
* Preparation of Daily Performance report

Core Responsibilities (Logistics Officer)
* Daily dispatch Planning of around 450-500K LPD
* Region wise allocation of vehicles as per sales order
* Vehicles load making in way to minimize fuel consumptions while full filling maximum distributor's orders.
* Follow up of all transporters to make the vehicles availability on time.
Preparation of all reports required by Logistics Manager as and when needed
