• Closely collaborating with merchandising, sourcing, planning and design teams to forecast seasonal and carry forward products
• Ensure to buy forecasted raw materials in a timely manner to meet projections and on-time delivery
• Negotiating costs and time with the fabric mills and co-ordinate sudden changes in the production process
• Approve bulk fabric for quality and colour
• Resolve production and quality issues with the fabric mills to ensure raw materials and finished goods are delivered on time
