Arabian Bimco is a contracting company., my responsibility are,
Coordinating with HSE supervisors in enforcing the Construction Health Safety and Environmental Plan.
Daily inspection of the site to identify hazards associated with the work, if any, and initiate appropriate measures to overcome them.
Inspect construction activities to identify potential hazards and advise supervisors/ workers the risk factor involved with the particular activity, and the corrective measures to be adopted.
Conduct Tool Box Talks for the workers, Supervisors and Senior Staff.
Report unsafe acts and conditions, and initiate corrective actions
Implementation of Company’s HSE policies & procedures for the achievement of organizational HSE Objectives effectively.
Perform Risk Assessment and develop Job Safety Analysis (JSA) in conjunction with management and project engineers.
Performs, continuous monitoring and identifies high risk potential, advice appropriate loss control measures, to ensure compliance with the established safety, health and environment standards, codes and procedures.
Carrying out safety inspections/ hazard identification/ risk control exercises at all over the site.
Provide an advisory service to all level of employees on matters pertaining to Health, Safety and Environment.
Participate in Accident/incident investigations and Prepare and submits accident/incident reports.
Carryout Safety Audits to assess HSE performance of all sub contractors
Conduct HSE Site Induction to all new entries and Conducting Trainings for staff.
Preparing and conducting Weekly Safety Tool Box Talks (TBT) to emphasize and discuss Safety procedures of the project and on-going project activities
Ensure that all injuries & work-related diseases are reported & investigated.
• Conducted training programs for the management, and staff on health and safety issues, Permit to work and various other fire & safety related topics.
• To facilitate Hazard Identification and Risk Assessments (HIRA) to provide eventual recommendations.
• To coordinate & support shutdown jobs and ensure implementation of HSE Control measures during shutdown job execution.
• Provide oversight to support commissioning operations and ensure appropriate risk assessment is conducted
• Participate in and facilitate HSE audits, reviews & assessments \
• Prepare and circulate HSE communications e.g. HSE alerts, News, Safety brochures
To provide assistance in develop fire & safety procedures (SOPs) according to local legislation and business requirements.
Implementation of Company’s HSE policies & procedures for the achievement of organizational HSE Objectives effectively.

Improve HSE awareness amongst all company personnel using standard training aids such as Videos, Posters etc.
Identify the areas of Environmental shortfalls and advise on appropriate controls. Monitor the activities involving potential environmental damage and advise the line management on pro active actions or corrective actions.
Ensure that waste is being managed (Proper segregation and disposal).
Ensure that Personal Protective Equipments (PPE) is adequate, maintained and appropriate for use by the employees with respect to the specific job hazards.
Provide advice to site on safe transportation, handling, storage & use of hazardous materials.
Ensure that emergency equipment and procedures are adequate to take care of any emergency. Conduct regular drills and exercises to test emergency response of personnel including subcontractors.
Keep up to date with recommended code of practice and safety literature and circulate information applicable to each level of employees
Working under Safety Manager and Team, Preparing Draft, distribution of the documents, receiving
documents and emails record, filing, preparing time to time reports and site progress activity from
engineers, preparing time sheet evaluating and maintaining records, Safety Training Materials Preparations,
Violation reports and Daily Weekly Reports preparation, Follow up safety violation, safety measures,
Tracking lists of files/mails, Memos, Filing maintaining database.
Site Observation Report- Preparing and submission to Safety Manager
Daily HSE site activity report submission to Safety Manager
Preparation and circulating The Risk Assessments and reports.
Preparing Tool Box Talks material, Safety Induction and Training Materials using Power point MS.
Accident Investigation, Near miss, and reporting, illustrating (presenting) accident reportms
• Monitor and control implementation of all procedures related to the maintenance and effectiveness of safety, lifesaving and emergency equipment and inspect work activities and equipment to ensure correct operation and that procedures are implemented. Ensure that effective records are kept and updated for all equipment under his control.
• Coordinate and participate in applying risk management techniques to identify and evaluate HSE hazards/risks, its facilities and work activities and recommend measures to Site Management on measures to reduce them

Organizing Safety Induction Course for the new employees. Conduct in-house safety training classes for employees on various aspects of health, safety and environment.
Conduct and participate in job safety meetings.
Motivate the employees through safety awareness programs.
Ensure that the employees are competent enough to carry out the work assigned to them in safe manner, and have undergone adequate training.
Ensure that housekeeping is done on a regular basis.
Report and investigate all near miss, incidents, accidents, and identify the root cause, and take necessary steps to eliminate dangers and recurrence.
Ensure that the wastes generated from the work create minimal hazard to the environment and are segregated and disposed of as per the procedures
Coordinate First Aid, rescue and emergency services.
Inspection of all vehicles entering the construction site and preparing traffic plan for ensuring a safe operation. Ensure that the drivers/ operators are following the basic safety rules at site
