• Preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports, preparation and reporting financial analysis that helps in decision making of Finance Manager
• Collecting, calculating, and entering data in order to maintain and update payroll information and Ensuring all payroll transactions are processed efficiently
• Preparing Tax payments complete quarterly and annual tax reports
• Managing Financing Facilities, preparation and processing Letter of Credit application L/C’s, Bills discounting, Murabaha Facilities and ensure compliance with bank standard
• Processing all transaction in compliance with regulatory and Bank’s policies, procedures and standards with prompt intervention to resolve problems/ concern areas
• Arranging Insurance and Valuation for Property and Stock for Bank requirement
• Developed and maintained relations with banks in order to facilitate and ensured smooth working support and quick resolution of issues/ concern areas
• Liaison with the Bank Relationship Officer for Renewal of Existing Financing Facilities and provision of required annual business reports
• Performs all bank account reconciliations on a monthly basis and as when needed, coordinate with the bank to reconcile if any discrepancy

• Prepare Collection targets on monthly basis and get necessary approval from management and report any deviation to the management
• Prepare weekly, monthly and quarterly collection projections and compare performance and report to management
• Monitor policies and procedures that will help the company meet its sales and risk management goals
