As a senior .NET Developer working on new version of Electronic Project Management System. There
were 10+ web applications written in ASP.NET and PHP. I was responsible for both frontend and backend
solutions. My responsibilities are: • Worked on mission-critical parts including ETL process using SQL Server Integration Services (SSIS)
• Upgraded web UI for application to standard corporate TD styles
• Upgraded application to .NET 4.0 framework from .net 1.1-3.5
• Integrated data exchange with credit link system
• Translated business requirements into machine code (C#, SQL)
As a senior .Net developer in FWO I was also assigned to deliver following Projects.
• Plant & Equipment Management System
The project goal is deliver new Equipment analyzing system which will be use for improver equipment
reliability and operational efficiency while controlling costs with equipment maintenance
management software. This software will help to maintenance managers and supervisors
are able to easily plan, schedule and prioritize the work that is critical to keeping
production equipment operating at peak performance. Managers gain instant access to data
related to critical assets, downtime, overdue PMs, failures, inventory levels, emergency
work, and other key performance indicators so that analysis can drive informed decision
making, software include the following: • Schedule preventative maintenance
• Manage inventory
• Run pre-defined and custom reports/graphs
• Issue purchase requests and purchase orders
• Establish budgets/cost analysis
• Ensure regulatory compliance
• Tolling Electronic Audit System
I was assigned to develop Tolling Electronic Audit System, The Motorways of Pakistan is a system of multiple-lane, speedy, narrows access or controlled-access highways in Pakistan, which are owned,
maintained and operated federally by Frontier Works Organization (FWO) . Toll plazas are located on all
entry and exit points of Pakistan's motorways. Somehow there is much corruption on toll plaza exit point
(i.e. when a vehicle passes through booth toll operator collect tax from vehicle owner and he didn't entry on the computer that's way he makes the fraud)
Frontier Works Organization (FWO) Pakistan decided to introduce the Corruption Reduction in
Revenue Collection of Pakistan Motorways (CRRCPM) for complete Motorway (M1 to M3) . Data mining
techniques are use to analyze the data and increase in toll collection revenue. This technology allows
identifying the fraud as well as fraud TOC / TOP, and discharge employees cannot be reemployed. In
result this application help in increase of toll revenue.
CRRCPM is desktop based win form application which aims to analyze the monthly income of motorway and comparison with expected monthly income to identify the fraud. This application also creates the personal toll collection record of each toll operator and toll operator controller. The fraud employee be
highlighted and cannot be reemployed at any location of motorway.
• Performance Base Incentive System
The project goal is to develop software which analyzes the employee's performance with respect to assigned task / projects to them, and daily project monitoring, Defining bench marks, deadlines and
incentives against each project if the project goal is achieved on time the employee incentive will be
credited to their account.

As a Computer Programmer in Bits & Bytes I was assigned to deliver following Projects.
• Monthly Consumer Utility Billing System
The project goal is to deliver software that will provide the 3rd party to simplify their customer care,
billing, and payment collection processes, the software is continuously being enhanced to accommodate their
growing water, sewer, electric, gas, garbage, and other billing needs. Their payments, adjustments, and miscellaneous charges are posted in real time to customers' accounts. A special "Print Cash Receipts" option
allows for "cash register" style payment entry for front window or drive-through payment collection. "Print
Cash Receipts" option calculates change and prints receipts to a receipt printer. A useful "Find" option allows to search for customer accounts by account number, last name, first name, phone number, security number, and even zip code. If account numbers are bar coded on customer bills operator can dramatically speed the payment entry process by using Auto Sensing Barcode Scanner. Several reports are available from the
Payment Reports section that allow proper auditing of money received and adjustments made to customer
accounts.
3rd party can enter meter readings from their meter reading worksheet Manually, Consecutively, or import them directly from Mobile Computer, or import/export route info and meter readings to and from a
number of other AMR Providers. Once meter readings are entered generate a number of "Proofing" reports to quickly zero in on problems and correct them before a single bill is printed. Bills print on postcards, 8.5"X11"
statements, or can be generate an electronic bill file and have us print and mail them for you.
• Global press release Distribution Management System
The Global Distribution System is a multi-server, multi-process, highly SOA (service oriented
architecture), and highly parallel system that forms that backbone of Bits & Bytes business by constructing and delivering press releases to Bits & Bytes entire distribution network simultaneously with millisecond
precision. Backend development based on SOA (service-oriented architecture) using WCF services. Agile
development process was used with two weeks iterations and managed in Rally.
• Implemented press release distribution to Fax, Facebook, Twitter, various text/xml file formats, such as: NITF, NewML, XML
• Was responsible for media distribution (JPG files and modification of IPTC metadata),
• Developed component to distribute Fax press release using 3rd part web services EasyLink,
• Worked with Facebook Graph API, Facebook C# SDK to distribute press releases in Facebook client's
fan pages
• Was responsible to creating a new automatic build system using MSBuild and TFS
• Implemented distribution to FTPS protocol (FTP with SSL certificate)
• Migrating old applications to new SOA platform, reverse engineering for old applications
• Developed a number of prototypes for distribution system
• Designed and implemented a number of support tools using ASP.NET MVC, WEB API, Javascript
• Troubleshooting network issues related to WCF services using Wireshark

I was employed as a Computer Programmer in IT Security department. Lead a team of two developers to plan, execute and maintain a risk management system used within Ts International ' business process. I was
responsible for mission-critical parts of applications, including: application architecture, integration with external system, performance and security. The list of my responsibilities below: • Performed code review, worked close to team member to ensure consistence to code standards.
• Optimized application performance by 40%.
• Developed reports using Crystal Reports and MS SQL reporting.

As IT Manager I was Responsible for pre-wiring, installing, programming, and maintenance of products and services ordered for structures under construction, prior to and after placement of walls/ceilings as well as
existing structures for security systems, smoke detectors, telephones, cable television, CCTV, intercom
systems, central vacuum systems, phone &cable jacks, control panels, speakers, antennas, security control
boxes/panels, keypads, low voltage lighting, voice activated systems, and audio/video systems.
• Install, move, and modify telecommunications and related equipment, according to job order
specifications, standards, and procedures.
• Diagnose equipment malfunctions.
