Following are Job Description

 Initiate entirely new products able to be patented.
 Set parameters of newly developed products
 Continuous improvement in existing products.
 Coordinate with production department for smooth production activities and continuous process improvement
 To ensure best quality products with continuous process control as per qualified parameters.
 Assured that new products met the high quality standards
 Continuous improvement in existing products (cost reduction, better test results etc.)
 Design New Formulations for PVC/Synthetic/Natural Rubber/ Polyurethanes etc...
 Checking and confirming of New Raw Materials
 To entertain all chemical related enquires as well as internal and external testing.
 Customer Driven Research & Development
 Customer Correspondence across the Globe
 Facilitate and provide technical assistance for the development of PVC, NITRILE, and LATEX compound.
 Cost Analysis of New and existing Products
 Power User and SAP ERP Software & Data Coordinator
 Create/Update/Maintain all respective BOM, recipe and PV at SAP SFG level
 Create Bench scale and Pilot Plant trials in SAP
 Theoretical and Research base work on New Product Development. Which related to Monomers, PVC, Nitrile, Latex base compounds
