• Enter cheques details by using IM PDC Management application in to the system (Database).
• Liaison with the client in case of any discrepancy found related to cheque.
• Do comparison report to client.
• Fulfill client request on urgent basis e.g. compare client data list IM PDC data list.
• Segmentation of new received Cheques by location year & month wise.
• Barcoding of new Cheques.
• Physically pulling out withdrawal/ Modification Cheques.
• Physically preparing Schedule pull Cheques by Date Banks & Amount Wise.
• Insertion of new lodged / modified Cheques in the Chubs by location Year & Month wise.
• Pulling out Returned Cheques from Boxes & Chubs.
Responsibilities:
• Ensuring that all the Planning services run smooth.
• Coordinate with Production Planning Control (PPC) through emails and phone.
• Managing entire Records Management in the absence of the Team leader.
• Provide relevant training to staff and guide them in their job activities.
• Handling daily retrievals.
• Preparing relevant reports and providing to the Team Leader.
• Use the ERP and Outlook software on daily bases.
• Maintaining daily Dashboard.
• Positively contribute in relevant role to overall business performance.
• Document controlling handling and entering data to update records in the database.
