- Responsible for the execution and governance of staff benefits policies of SCB Pakistan
- Developing staff benefits-related process for the smooth execution of benefits distribution (as per policy) to the staff
- Ensure that correct benefits-related payments of all staff are included in the payroll before disbursement of monthly salary
- Single-point-of-contact for the execution, dealing and queries of Standard Chartered PLC's shares schemes for SCB Pakistan staff
- Deal with HR vendors such as insurance company and 3rd party staff providers
- Responsible for executing the payroll of 3rd party staff, and to deal with all other HR-related issues of them, and as on
- Responsible to implement the Learning & Governance guidelines in SCB Pakistan
- Leading M.I.S. team and ensuring that learning-related queries from the Group and local stakeholders are answered timely and satisfactorily
- Getting mandatory e-learning completed from all the staff bank-wide. Sharing the completion tracking with management members, auditors, senior managers and other relevant staff
- Provide support to all staff for e-learning-related issues
- Ensure that pan-Pakistan all Learning Centers of SCB Pakistan are functioning well in the perspective of facilities and administration
- Conducting trainings for SCB staff on need based
Responsible to develop appropriate resource acquisition strategies, and manage end-to-end talent acquisition for:
- All support functions of Standard Chartered
- The whole center region of consumer banking, plus Quetta and Gwadar
- Also, I was liable to ensure that the right candidates are recruited, at the right time, at the right price. Further, accountable for partnering with the business to provide them with consultative resourcing support
Was responsible for all back-end operations of recruitment, such as:
- Generating SCB offer letters for a selected candidate, processing of loans takeover, completing documentation for personnel file, and getting created bank-ID of a new joiner from HRSSC, India.
- Getting opened salary accounts and coordinate with security department to make bank-ID-cards of new joiners, making schedule for RightStart (orientation) training, and as on.
- I used to assist different teams of HR in different projects, such as assisted “Management Trainee Specialist” in management trainee program 2008. In which, we conducted campus aptitude tests in IBA, SZABIST, CBM, etc., and checked answer sheets, and as on.
I was responsible:
- For end-to-end execution of orders of assigned foreign buyers
- To coordinate between Rubytex and foreign buyers and local buying agencies
- To keep follow up of manufacturing of fabric, dyeing process, procurement of garments' accessories, export documentations, sampling, etc. and keep updating the relevant buyers
- To maintain & keep all merchandising-related records in order, and up-to-date
I was responsible to:
- Handle employees' leave cases
- Type personnel-related documents, office memos, and as on
- I worked on a project to enter personal data of all non-technical staff into Oracle-based software
