* Outage Analysis as per given OMT targets
* Target the frequent outages of platinum sites on daily basis to ensure the desired NA of sites
* RF Issues (HFR, DCR, and TCH improvement Hard ware Issues to maintain voice quality as well call
connectivity issues in the region
* Assigning the tasks to respective Field Teams and getting reports and feedback for the activities to customer
* Arrange weekly & monthly meetings with the Field Teams and Vendors, setting the target dates to resolve
the network problems with effective controlling and tracking approach for producing desired results
* Coordination with the RAN/BSS department to deploy the hardware and software changing in the network
* Ensure the availability of all field teams by 24×7
* Plan the detailed health checks for new deployed sites and ensured that sites are OK with all respects
* Follow up on long outages escalations with the field teams till the resolution and present the RCA to
management.
* Responsible for the subcontractor management and prepare the monthly progress report of outsourced
projects
* Ensure that all subcon field teams have their complete resources and tools as per defined in SLA
* Randomly visits the field to check the field team’s capabilities & skills
* Coordination with other departments Security, Fueling, and logistics for all related O&M activities.
* Prepare weekly reports of OMT and TCH availability and analysis the root cause of outages and low TCH
* Conduct weekly meeting with customer to discuss the entire network related prevailing issues
* E2E Integration of LTE sites
* E2E integration of 3G sites
* Alarm monitoring and rectification of 3G/4G sites
* Packet loss analysis and rectification
* Data utilization analysis for 3G/4G sites
