• Prepare, examine, and analyze accounting records, financial statements, and other financial reports to assess accuracy, completeness, and conformance to reporting and procedural standards.
• Maintains accounting controls by preparing and recommending policies and procedures.
• Analyze financial information and summaries financial status.
• Prepare adjusting journal entries and financial reports.
• Prepared general ledger accounting entries by compiling and analyzing account information and source documentation.
• Process accounting transactions within the accounting software accurately and in a timely manner.
• Preparing aging report of A/P & A/R and reporting Monthly.
• Prepared bank deposits, general ledger postings and statements.
• Prepared monthly Bank Reconciliation statement.
• Reconciled financial discrepancies by collecting and analyzing account information.
• Coordination with all departments for controlling the factory expenses as a Tool of Cost Reduction.
• Cash Management (handling Imprest accounts, reimbursements and replenishments).
• Providing accounting and clerical support to ensure that financial transactions are in compliance and of the VAT regulations.
• Prepare and manage all documents in line with VAT regulations and submitting VAT Returns Quarterly.
• Assisting for preparation of annual audit and coordinating with external auditors for audit.
• Play Role in Management and helping staffing and developing Friendly Environment for work.
