Responsible for the day by day operation of all construction crews and fiber optic operations
•Responsible for scheduling the appointments inclusive of personal sub-contractor
•Give the training to team about laying and Testing by Cable Locator
•Installation of different types of telecommunication equipment in racks
•Familiar with different techniques of optical fiber cable jointing(T-joint Straight joint), ODF splicing
•Splicing, testing and termination of optical fiber cable.
•Preparation and Installation of Splitters at Different exchanges and Outdoor Fiber Cabinets.
•Patching at Exchanges from OLT to Splitters and Splitters to ODF, and also patching in Outdoor Fiber Cabinets.
•Installation & testing of the Micro-ODF at the customer premises.
•Testing of GPON Network & GSM sites.
•Testing accurate optical power from OLT to Splitters and Splitters to ODF.
•Troubleshooting in FTTH network using OTDR, Source Meter, Power Meter and Visual Fault Locater.
•Handling Hazardous jobs for providing services to various customers.
•Installation & Termination of Fiber Optic Cables at various fiber distribution hubs.
•Ability to use and read Schematic and Plant diagram for performing the given jobs.
Responsible for troubleshooting, diagnosing and repairing faults in Microwave RF network
•Coordinate with technical support personnel, support vendors and equipment suppliers to repair faults and optimize network performance
•Handle the tasks of collecting, analyzing and reporting network performance data based on defined Key Performance Indicators
•Perform responsibilities of identifying, recommending and implementing systems and process changes to enhance RF network performance
•Identify the sources of harmful interference and take necessary steps to mitigate interference through changes to corporate frequency plan and work with other wimax and microwave system operators to eliminate such sources of interference
•Handle responsibilities of developing and reviewing RF network and site designs to ensure that the design meets corporate business, technical and operational objectives
