I joined the organisation as a Business Development Manager and during my first year I was promoted to sales
manager where I recruited, developed and managed a team of sales executives. I headed various campaigns to
increase market awareness and increase client base as I was part of starting up offices in new locations. In my
second year I increased revenue and productivity of my team by over 35%.
Offering personal secured and unsecured loans to clients by advising them on their individual needs. I
managed a team of account managers within my territory being responsible for their performance and
development within the organisation. My accountability within the role was based on the performance of my
territory in relation to my KPI’s which due to the growth of my client portfolio and consistency of results I
managed to over achieve on a yearly basis. From date of joining till when I left I increased territory revenue
by 52%.
Offering tailor made mortgage advice to both in house and external clients through a range of the banks’
mortgage products. Achieved and exceeded sales & service targets from quarter to quarter by at least 10% and
was asked to be involved in the training and development of colleagues within my department.
