JOB RESPONSIBILITIES IN (PSM)
•Prepare & Maintain Sales Tax Invoices, Commercial Invoices (All issued related to Accounts, Finance, Recovery Dept)
•Audit (Internal for Inventory) and took part in audit
•All activities of inward and outward Gate Passes and maintained its record.
•Manage to dispose of all received items on proper location.
•Generating sale orders of tender material (sold from store to different parties) in Oracle ERP system. Tender the scrap material and do all the documentation.
•Preparation of issue Voucher Book and feeding daily issue data on Oracle system.
•Ordering for the supply of Oxygen and argon special gases as per schedule of plant for production requirement.
•Monitoring the inventory level and generate PR’s of store stockable items as they reached their re-order level.
•Received material from different suppliers and generate IRR & MRR
•Do proper arrangement of shipment material coming from port to PSM.
ALL WORK PERFORM ON ERP R-12 ORACLE.
