• Dealing with customer queries about properties on the market.
• Registering new applicants and dealing with frustrated vendors.
• Responsible for booking valuations and client appointments.
• Consistently meeting sales targets on an individual basis and as a team.
• Gather information, prepare statistical analysis and compile financial exhibits for use in analytic research and reports, in association with assigning credit ratings to debt issues for leverage companies.
• Input and maintain relevant (proprietary) analytic databases and liaising with analysts and senior management.
• Draft documents and monitor news services for relevant industry and analytical information.
• Participate in special projects as assigned.
• Analysing confidential company accounts and investigating past high leverage buyout deals.
