Being a Territory Sales officer my key responsibilities were to:
-Develop plans, strategies and implementations of sales fundamentals at desired level.
-Organize distributors to build an effective network of business partners for achieving goals.
-Formulating strategy to decrease dependency on wholesale and increase foot print in retail.
-Activity plan to achieve targets.
-Market Share Development.
-Competition activities analysis.
-Build, motivate and maintain skilled sales Team.
-Worked as Brand Ambassador with key Accounts.
-Conversion of competitor points of Sales to PEPSI.
-Demonstrating good product knowledge to customers on key promotions and Marketing offers.
-Ensure range selling by sales staff in a way to increase availability and numeric distribution of all brands of Pepsi to maintain the market share as per company standard.
-Managing the appropriate training, coaching and mentoring of pre-sellers, merchandisers and deliverymen of assigned area.
-Able to look after Company’s direct sales in case of distribution absence in the market.
-Building and maintaining relationships with wholesalers and Retailers to effectively leading sales to achieve company goals.
-Responsible for KPI's (call made, productivity, average drop size, time in market, SKU per invoice) of assigned area.
-Administer secondary sales volume achievement, Distributor’s profitability and SKU’s availability.
-Deliver expected results within key accounts or new Business Generation.
-Responsible of supervising daily, weekly, Monthly, Quarterly and Annual sales report, Cost and Benefit analysis, closing reports, discount reports, model route reports, market survey report etc.
Being a Sales Executive my job responsibilities were to:
-Indoor Calls and emails to American clients.
-Educate the clients about General Electric Home Security System and their benefits.
-Influence the clients to buy the Home Security System.
-Following up the potential leads as per schedules.
-Handling consumer queries and concerns via calls and emails as well.
-Closing Deals with the end customers.
-Maintaining Clients Database.
-Achieving Daily, weekly and monthly targets assigned by Sales Manager.
