JOB RESPONSIBILITIES (with respect to plant operation and control)
• Manufacturing of products (Pesticides, Fungicides & Herbicides) by using specific procedures of liquid formulation like EC, SL, SE, SC and EW.
• To check and oversee the operation of RO water treatment plant, Sodium zeolite water softener, Thermal oil unit (HTOU), water bath, bead mill, water chiller, scrubber and fresh air blower system for liquid formulation.
• To check the operation of solvent unloading pump, solvent transfer pumps, diaphragm pump, centrifugal transfer pump, high shear pump, agitation and shearing vessel, batch weighing system.
• Maintaining the parameter like temperature, flow, pressure, suction & discharge pressure, speed, bearing temperature, solvent tank level, reaction vessel level.
• Manufacturing of products (Micro nutrients) by the use of different process equipments like agitation vessels, steam jacketed vessels, Boilers, evaporators, condensors, vacuum pump, air compressor, cooling tower, centrifugal separator, tray dryer, flow meter, reaction vessel, settling tank, filter press.
• Safe and smooth plant operation and handling of emergencies regarding rotary equipments like centrifugal pumps, rotary pump, reciprocating pump, centrifugal separators, compressors.
• To remain vigilant at plant and report any unsafe conditions prevailing in the area.
• Troubleshooting to achieve budgeted production
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES (General)
• Prepare technical specifications, datasheets calculations for process plant & equipment
• Manage & execute projects and improvement plan for plant.
• Check, review and develop engineering designs, estimates, proposals, standards and operational guides with other disciplines for operations and projects.
• To prepare PIDs and PFDs for new plant projects and for change in existing facility.
• Provide supervisory and technical assistance for any onsite commissioning work.
• Prepare feasibility report of new projects.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES (with respect to plant safety)
• Adopting and implementing Safety First rule as per company policy and standards.
• Prepare Root Cause Analysis (RCA) Reports for operational incidents in a timely manner.
• Assist for the development and delivery of SWI’s (Safety Work Instructions) and operational training where required
• Investigation of safety violation memo (SVM) issued to offender and its record keeping
• To follow HSE practices during confined space entry, working at height, hot works and excavation
• Performing studies to identify hazards/risks and plan actions to remove threats (HAZOP).
• Provide cost effective solutions that minimize risk and maximize safety to operators and plant.

• To manage ISO 9001:2008 documentation and all record keeping.
• To update quality assurance procedures from time to time as per requirement of the process and after approval of plant operations committee.
• To conduct internal quality audits of ISO 9001:2008 and then follow up of any non- compliances raised during audit till their closure.
• To implement quality assurance procedures and to gauge their effectiveness periodically.
• To do work over ISO 14001:2004 (EMS) documentation, Procedure development and its implementation.

Worked as Internee Engineer in operation department of Attock Refinery where I Studied both pneumatic and electronic control main area of focus was steam generation, water treatment and cooling tower.

Worked as Internee Engineer in Process department of Fecto Cement where I studied different processes and operation like rotary kiln, ball mill, clinker breaker, clinker cooler, jaw crusher, Water treatment plant and cooling tower.
