Major responsibilities include supporting Programme Manager in streamlining MEAL systems for Islamic Relief in line with global standard. Partner management, complaint and feedback mechanism, phase out, new partnerships, extension, evaluation, etc. Monitor the project progress as per the set objectives, in different states, and co-ordinate the commissioning of independent evaluation ensuring that all programmatic deliveries are measured based on the Donor requirements. Ensure adherence to safeguarding, child protection, code of conduct, anti-bribery and coordinate with relevant staff to ensure compliance to Core Humanitarian Standard. Organizational learning and capacity building. Form digital information collection formats on platforms like Google Forms, ODK and KoBo Toolbox. Prepare project reports and MEAL section of the proposal with Programme Manager and documentation of the program learnings and fulfilment of all filling procedure based on Archiving and Record Management guidelines.

Major responsibilities as District Specialist- family planning were to support developing micro-plans and strengthening infrastructure to support family planning services in the district, as well as equitably distributing services based on unmet need. The position also provide support for FPLMIS, community mobilization, represent UP Technical Support Unit and family planning at various meetings at district and zonal level, coordinate with development partners, and provide training and updates to health officials on family planning and support in conceptualizing campaigns and monitoring and supportive supervision at facility and community level.
This job involved coordinating with the District Magistrate and various government departments to ensure support for Maternal and Child Health. Manage the team of Block Community Mobilizers and providing supportive supervision for identifying underserved communities, Polio Eradication, Routine Immunization, and other MCH issues . Partnering with underserved institutions, providing regular updates to the District Magistrate and CMO/DIO, providing supportive supervision and monitoring of health facilities, programs, and campaigns, and providing updated information related to HRG. and regular updates on program and health intervention. The job also requires community mobilization, XR conversion in resistant and high-risk areas, and liaison with district administrative and health officials
Liaison with Govt. Officials for allotment of Gram Samaj land to linking community with government social security schemes at District Level. Identification of landless families and liaison with district and block level officials for allotment of govt. land to the identified families. Manage the team of block level trainers cum mobilizers, capacity building and supportive supervision of community activities. Ensuring quality and authenticity of survey at community level and Data Cleaning and sharing feedback to State Program Manager. Planning and implementing BCC activities for mobilization of community and awareness on land rights and women’s empowerment.
Major responsibilities include program implementation, monitoring & supervision along with community mobilization. Liaison with Government Health Department and other stakeholders and develop and implement special drive, IEC activities etc. for project promotion & increase program effectiveness. Design and Implement Capacity Building activities for front line staff and other relevant stakeholder at the community level. Management of records, database and documentation of reports and sharing with the authorities.
Major responsibilities include database management and documentation of monthly, quarterly and annual reports and case studies. Provide necessary analyzed data for use by the staff in their respective areas in the form of graphical presentation for better understanding. Provide training and guidance to project staff and monitor project activities.
