Duties performing as Sales Officer are as follows:
Supervision on distribution and also responsible for secondary and primary sale.
Handling of sales team and responsible to set the route wise sales targets by the company and facilitate sales team to achieve them and monitoring of route wise targets of each sales person.
Ensure range selling by sales staff in a way to increase availability and numeric distribution of all brands/SKU and maintaining the market share as per company.
Coaching, training and joint market visits with Company Representatives and Salesmen taking corrective actions as and when required.
Build relations with the shopkeepers and whole sellers. Effectively leading sales & marketing team to achieve company fundamentals.
Develop and maintain customer relationships and manage assigned accounts to result in continued revenue generation and high levels of customer satisfaction.
Conversion & Retention of Key Accounts, Captive and General Market Outlets.
