Worked as STOCK MANAGER where my responsibilities were to keep the audit on monthly basis and stock of grossery items up to date also supervision for working staff with handling thier attendance and salary issues.
CUSTOMER SUPPORT
My responsibilities to generate the service calls and correction the database in BAAN system, and other duties were communicate with the warehouses and monitoring about transaction of (POS-ATM & SECURITY) parts.
→ Primary responsibility is to see that all Out of scope services are forwarded and coordinated to the Customers.
→ Second responsibility is to update the System (BAAN) of all confirmed reports.
→ Coordinate with other Customer Support Personnel with regards to the Out of scope activities.
→ To coordinate with warehouses for the request and release of spare parts/cassettes for all out of scope activities.
→ Coordinate and follow up with Service Centers for Service Reports, Acknowledgement receipts and other documents pertaining to the out of scope service activities.
→ Coordinate with Finance Department with regards to the billable activities.
→ Another responsibility of the said coordinator is to support International distributors and other International Customers with their requirements (i.e. services, spare parts)
→ To keep all files/records of out of scope activities organized and updated.
→ It is also a part of duty to divulge sensitive or confidential information that may be used by other competitors or Customers, .
