- Reduction in time required to complete the monthly closings, preparation of management reports and statutory financial statements, while maintaining high quality of reporting
- Reduction in the intra group balances through efficient followups from the respective departments and improvements in the invoicing process
- Reduction in the finance related audit observations through improving the internal controls
- Successful improvements in Oracle information system to accurately capture and report all VAT transactions
- Successful implementation of IFRS accounting framework
