• To Prepare annual inspection, testing and maintenance schedule to meet the standards of Civil defense/NFPA and to utilize work force effectively
• Assist my client during insurance audit team visit and rectify highlighted issues.
• To handle emergencies efficiently and provide 24-hour support for emergency call-outs
• To perform Hydro-testing of various systems.
• Estimate project profitability and resource required for the project
• Handle the tasks of identifying appropriate tools and technologies for fire protection systems
• Handled project cost estimation tasks as well as documentation of daily work activities
• To make sure safety procedure and standards are followed on site
• To conduct Safety meeting every week and fire department spreading awareness among team members/employees about safety standards and precautions to highlight importance of safety
• Managing paper work like PTW, time sheets, attendance reports, daily weekly monthly semiannual annual inspection/testing reports, work order reports, material request reports, material receive reports and man power reports.
• Periodic inspection/testing and maintenance of Fire Alarm Control Panel NOTIFIER NFS-320, NFS 640, NFS 3030
• Periodic inspection/testing and maintenance of Fire Pumps (Diesel, Electrical and Jockey)
• Periodic inspection/testing and maintenance of fire suppression system sprinkler system, Deluge System, FM200, NOVEC, CO2 and wet chemical system
• Periodic inspection/testing and maintenance of initiating devices, notifying devices, supervisory devices and modules.
• Periodic inspection/testing and maintenance of fire hydrants and Post indicatives valves.
• Responsible for ensuring safety of staff members and equipment on field.
• To handle emergencies efficiently and provide 24-hour support for emergency call-outs
• Managing the paper work like PMI reports, work order reports, material request reports, material receive reports, man power reports.
• Estimate project profitability and resource required for the project
• Responsible for quality of work and completion work within targeted time.
• Regular Coordination with project engineer to update daily accomplishments and plans.
• Worked as a team member and assist site engineer during installation of CCTV system, Fire alarm system and smart building system, access control system.
• Assist site engineer during troubleshooting of CCTV, Fire alarm and smart building system, access control system.
• Assist site engineer for troubleshooting of electrical panels and equipment.
• Installation of 220v and 110v electrical supply as per requester demand.
• Tracing, diagnosing and rectifying electrical faults.
• Assist site engineer during consultant visit.
• Reported management regarding the arising problems and changes instantly.
• Responsible for quality of work and completion work within targeted time.
• Helped technicians and supervisors to accomplish daily plan given by site engineer.
