•Good received notes preparation after receiving parts and sending to accounts by attaching invoice, D.O with L.P.O.
•Process incoming requisitions and issue parts for internal usage
•Taking enquires from customers, checking exact parts in parts catalogue through chassis number and quoting the prices according to customer discounts. (Sales)
•Follow up through calls and emails for parts expected arrival for normal orders, special orders and back orders with different suppliers.
•Send parts arrival update to customer advisors by email for different car jobs, after receiving and arranging according to jobs.
•Yearly stock taking & preparing reports.

•Material receiving and checking the items with purchase order.
•Creating records and updating personal made program in Ms Excel for delivery of (Electrical, Construction and Irrigation) materials from suppliers and outgoing of materials to different company’s projects.
•Raise G.R.N and attach all required documents like L.P.O copy, D.O copy and Invoice copy.
•Monitoring the materials availability as required for different works of the company.
•Keeping information data list of suppliers for their supplies.
•Prepare monthly stock reports.
