• Process payments, maintain accurate billing records, and perform daily cash reconciliation.
• Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments to meet guest needs efficiently.
• Monitor lobby activity and uphold security and confidentiality standards.
• Ensure compliance with hotel policies, procedures, and quality service standards at all times.
• Promote upselling of rooms and hotel services to maximize revenue.
• Maintain a neat and organized front desk area and professional appearance at all times.
