Engineering Company - providing Solar Installation Services for Houses and Industrial Design Systems, Solar Farm and Solar Rooftop Installation of almost 100 MW, World’s Class Installation Materials, Operations and Maintenance, and Production/Energy Reports as per customer’s requirements/budgets
► Project Management: Administering Project Planning, Procurement Supervision, Coordination, Progress Tracking and Reporting. Developing project schedules/ plans, contracts, installation, and ensuring timely completion
► Strategy Planning / Business Development: Coordinating with the Marketing and Sales Department for strategic policies and goals development, aimed at revenue growth. Assisting in establishing the organization as a complete solution provider
► Customer / Partner Relationships: Effectively interfacing and communicating with International Partners in the English Language. Mediating communication and coordination between the clients, contractors and engineering teams

► Finance & Commercials: Handling financial planning/analysis, documentation, cash-flow monitoring, estimation, reporting, billing and payment tracking. Preparing all payment documents accurately before submitting to project director’s approval
► Management Reporting: Collecting and reporting financial and other information to the management and decision-makers. Preparing documents and presentations to update the status of progress of the project (s) for management reporting
► Feasibility and Risk Analysis: Conducting Feasibility Study and evaluating investment opportunities of potential projects including risk analysis and financial analysis. Revitalizing business by taking into account the company’s focus areas, market parameters and resources
► Documentation: Drafting Letters and Agreements to support project negotiation. Preparing documents for project bidding proposal, creating project memorandum, PR / PO, Power of Attorney Documents, or any other project-related document
► Cross-Functional Coordination: Ensuring the smooth and adequate flow of information within the department/project to facilitate smooth business operations. Coordinating between head office, plant, contractors and business partners in any matter required
► Supply Chain and Procurement: Handling Inventory Management of Office / Project Supplies and purchase of new material with attention to budgetary constraints. Performing bid analysis and evaluating offers from a technical and commercial point of view
► Project Funding / Finance: Negotiating with Banks/ Financial Institutions to get loans / financial instruments at the best terms and conditions. Managing loan agreements to ensure that company can make loan drawdown, pay-back principle, interest, and dividend as expected
► Process Improvement/ Automation: Spearheading operational excellence across all levels. Establishing automated systems, and controls in day-to-day operations for ensuring maximum productivity, cost savings and business agility
► Team Leadership. Leading, mentoring, training and motivating the team to deliver their best. Organizing coaching, trainings and performance assessment for skills and knowledge development
► Handled bookkeeping, daily cash-flow administration, reporting, sales and expenses forecasting
