• Ensures accurate filing by following all standard protocols and safeguards records and reports of patients as per law and regulations. Protects security and maintain confidentiality of medical record for both paper and electronic format.
• Collects patient records in all patient care areas. Scan and store correctly in document managing system in SAGE ACCPAC.
• Assist in submitting statistical data as required by authorities; transcribe report, processes sick leave attestation and infectious notification.
• ICD-10 CM coding completion for outpatient.
• Responsible in answering patients request regarding their medical records by variety of means, such as online chats, emails, or phone calls.
