Scope of Responsibilities (OBID: Organization & Business Improvement Department):

Scope of Responsibilities (KMI: Knowledge Management & Innovation Department):
• Worked with KMI Director on the preparation of the IDBG Innovation Exchange Proposal in relation to survey the Innovation Strategies & Best-Practices in IDB Member countries.
• Worked with the library team on setting-up the project workspace in relation to build IDBG Corporate Innovation Institution Directory. Provided all needed guidance and support to the library team from project management and technical perspective and conducted awareness and training sessions.
• Worked with the concerned innovation team to set-up a summary study about the Top IDBG Innovation Ideas 1434H and put in place an analysis and assessment process along with defined criteria and measures to evaluate the concerned ideas. Worked on developing the collaboration project charter workspaces and conducted separate meetings with each idea author. Prepared for each idea a draft memorandum along with the acquired study summary addressed to the concerned Management Member.
• Participated actively with KMI concerned team in the Multilateral Development Banks (MDBs) Knowledge workgroup sessions (UNDP, WB, and IADB).
• Worked with KMI Director on the preparation of the IDBG Corporate Innovation (CI) Proposal including a conceptual CI Framework and a CI Operating model based on the Business Incubation Techniques.
• Participated with KMI concerned team on the activities related to the preparation of 1434H budget and business plan for KMI Department.
• Worked with KMI concerned team on a business case for establishing an IDBG Center of Excellence on Lessons Learned.

The team of project Managers, TPMs, Project Coordinators, Application Analysts, Lead Engineers, Technical Writers and Web Developers are reporting to me. As a suitable time, I will also perform enabling role in QA/QC.
Mgmt:
-Responsible for building and supervising different technical teams (Functional, Support, QC & Development) as well as interaction with the End Users to define the projects functionalities and requirements.
-Define the different processes to achieve a new level of CMM based on best practices in IT Service Management and standard ISO.
-Define the Yearly Agenda as well as the different Projects Planning based on the User Requirements and the department budget. Manage and define the department budget and the projects cost.
-Provided financial studies to improve the development environment as well as the company tools and technology.

Dev:
-Designed the different levels of the 3rd tier architecture based on J2EE and using UML Technology as well as Oracle9i Workflow Builder.
-Implemented a generic A2A & B2B process using Oracle Message Advanced Queuing as well as Oracle Business Event System in order to allow the interaction between different applications and businesses. Deployed the solution inside two units which allowed the supplier’s applications to communicate with the factory’ applications and defined the Machine Data History Management Systems.

GIS Development:
-Designed and developed the AVL Server (Automatic Vehicle Location), which allows the communication between AVL Providers Message Switch and the Power Intelligent Workstations applications. It allows vehicle report information to be made available to Power CAD and Power MAP at specific rate or on demand. It also maintains an historical database for reporting.
-Defined the AVL Design Specification Document using UML Technology.
-Built the AVL Configuration Tool, which allows switching between the different Database types (SQL, Oracle, Access…etc.) and to configure COM Servers.
-Implemented the AVL Testing Toolkit and created the corresponding test plan.
-Defined and designed the new generic adopted model & architecture system for the company.
-Implemented the new Power Dispatch System based on the generic model.
-Created the Automatic Documentation Process for Maintenance and User’s Guides.
Management:

-Defined Positron Broadcasting Layer (PBL) Language based on TIBCO communication protocols.
-Defined the Messaging Adaptor Seamless Interface (Wireless Network Getway) between the Call Center TIBCO Communication Bus and the Company Network communication sub-systems (Private Radio Network and Public Data Network). As well this interface allowed the communication between the company ERP Host System (Mobile Applications) and the outside resources (Billing, Accounting, Shipping, Internet Services…etc).

2.Created a chemical data synchronization tool “Event Processor”:
-Implemented the Server Application (Data, Business and User Services) based on MSF concept and using the COM/DCOM (ATL) as well as the ERP/Middle Wire/SAP Technologies.
-Developed the Client Application GUI.
-Added the data filtration functionality, which allowed the customization of the GUI Views.
-Created and managed Oracle and SQL Server Databases.

3.Developed the “Document Management” Tool of the MSDS:
-Used OCR Technology, which permitted the creation of a new MSDS based on existing documents.

-Developed a “Report Wizard” Functionality, which allowed the creation of customizable PDF and HTML inventory documents (colors, size, Orientation...etc.).
