Scope of Responsibilities (OBID: Organization & Business Improvement Department):

• Worked with KMI Director on the preparation of the IDBG Innovation Exchange Proposal in relation to survey the Innovation Strategies & Best-Practices in IDB Member countries.
• Worked with the library team on setting-up the project workspace in relation to build IDBG Corporate Innovation Institution Directory. Provided all needed guidance and support to the library team from project management and technical perspective and conducted awareness and training sessions.
• Worked with the concerned innovation team to set-up a summary study about the Top IDBG Innovation Ideas 1434H and put in place an analysis and assessment process along with defined criteria and measures to evaluate the concerned ideas. Worked on developing the collaboration project charter workspaces and conducted separate meetings with each idea author. Prepared for each idea a draft memorandum along with the acquired study summary addressed to the concerned Management Member.
• Participated actively with KMI concerned team in the Multilateral Development Banks (MDBs) Knowledge workgroup sessions (UNDP, WB, and IADB).
• Worked with KMI Director on the preparation of the IDBG Corporate Innovation (CI) Proposal including a conceptual CI Framework and a CI Operating model based on the Business Incubation Techniques.
