►Maintain strong relationship through good communication with all suppliers
►Updating received shipments in SAP system and put away stocks as per WMS.
►Ensure 100% insurance claim in damage shipments.
► Maximum utralaization of In house Inbound.
►Maintain WMS in warehouse
►Analysing cycle counting data & ensure 100% accuracy .
►Organising midyear and year end stock counts in all the warehouse.
►Organising efficient order picking in warehouse for various divisions.
►Ensure 100% out bound deliveries according to the schedule .
►Ensure 100% POD on deliveries.
► Analysing fuel efficiency of delivery vehicles
►Analysis delivery and inbound report on daily basis.
► Maintain HACCP in warehouse.
►Implementation - ISO22000
►Maintain Fire & Safety in warehouse
