• Assist senior management in long-term planning activities, including the development

• Recommend hardware and software acquisitions by assessing user needs and
justifying equipment and services to meet business requirements.
• Develop and maintain IT processes and technology roadmaps to achieve strategic
business objectives and drive continuous improvement.
• Analyze workflows and establish priorities for daily operations to optimize efficiency
and productivity.
• Ensure all IT projects are completed on time, within budget, and meet established
quality standards.
• Lead IT infrastructure migrations and integrations resulting from acquisitions,

• Manage the IT infrastructure for the companys global satellite locations, maintaining
secure and operational corporate systems for all Office locations (US, India and
Colombia).
