Provide assistance on customer‘s shipping requirements and attending issues before and after delivery.
Provide assistance on supplier’s shipping requirement
Gathering, Reviewing and approving freight cost for import and exports shipment.
Tracking & Coordinating import and Export shipment
Planning /Scheduling of loading and unloading cargo, delivery vehicles and containers
Planning and scheduling of company drivers and PRO daily workload.
Approving of Stock report (Materials Receipt Note/Delivery order)
Checking of Daily Activity Report, Weekly forecast and Approving Payment Request for incoming and outgoing shipments.
Team leader in logistics department
Coordinating and monitoring of export, import and local shipment
Planning and scheduling of drivers and PRO
Gathering and approving freight cost for all shipments
Preparing reports ( daily, monthly, forecast and expenses)
