Oversees the day-to-day operations of the maintenance department.
•Assesses restaurants, resorts and building systems to plan work assignments and project schedules.
•Ensures housekeeping, maintenance and repair work is completed correctly and in a timely manner.
•Conduct regular inspections of preventive maintenance to determine areas that need attention and then perform the tasks. Check and replenish cleaning supplies for housekeeping.
•Perform repairs plumbing (water closet, urinals lavatories and kitchen sinks), carpentry, mechanical (air conditioning unit, exhaust & fresh air) and electrical fixtures (lightings and outlets) and kitchen equipment (fryers, water heaters, rice cookers etc.)
Set up, set speeds, start up, operate, monitor and do minor maintenance on machines.
•Maintain cleaning area, testing of product, weld in wires, bundle, label finished wire.
•Inspect coating equipment that cleans and coats wire with galvanized steel. Tendering zinc furnace.
•Perform necessary minor repairs in absence of maintenance personnel.
Responsible for receiving and issuance of tools, materials and spare parts.
•Conducting cycle count of tool room inventories.
•Repairing power tools such as hand drill, air grinder, electric grinder and impact wrench.
•Preparing Purchasing Request Form for supplies and spare parts as needed.
•Maintains the tool room neat and orderly.

•Daily machinery lubrication and preventive maintenance check-up.
•Coordinating with production department regarding schedule of repairs and shut down of machineries.

•Arranging market product displays. Conduct daily stock inventory.
Loading and unloading items to be delivered.
•Check invoices, quality and quantity of items of items upon delivery.
