1.Assist with pre-sales activities for all foreign potential clients in China and conduct program management for all foreign clients in China, clients are Magna, Faurecia, Benteler, GKN.
2.Establish a project management committee to assist with project management improvements.
3.SAP global template for one of the BorgWarner plants in China. Project Manger from realisation phase until go-live. Explaining SAP project phases and answering specific questions about what ITelligence and SAP can offer to the SME, covering production with forecast & inventory improvements, CRM with sales and service improvements.

1. Conducting a business improvement project for the China, Hong Kong and Japan offices. Responsible for smooth running of the SAP system and environment in China. Conducted special requirements for the business where it does not fit within the SAP standard, eg China government reporting template with Deloitte, automate warehouse processes, freight/customs & Japan subcontracting. Roles cover SD, MM, FI, CO modules for which over 50 requirements have been successfully implemented.
