being a concierge/host my job description are managing the movie time in our theater, bookings, ticket cashier and also im a vip waiter as well. this experience its really help me alot to get another new job new experience that it can help to boosts my self confidence.
to ensure each every guest make them happy by giving the excellence service and to build a loyal guest
Supervises and coordinates activities of dining-room staffs engaged in providing courteous and rapid service to diners: greet guests and escort them to their table.
•Handling complaints regarding food or service
•Hires and trains dining-room staffs
•Monitoring duties schedule of respective team members
•Ensure the proper appearance and grooming of my team members
•Maintaining the cleanliness of our restaurant
•Handling smallwares inventory and paper works
•Contribute to meet and maximize the monthly sales target

i am responsible to supervise the operations of a specified shift to ensure we reach the highest level of customers satisfaction. In addition of my duties and responsibilities are:
•Handling E-learning program for newly hired staff
•Administration such as paper works and smallwares inventory
•Providing weekly training to maintain our brand standards
•Checking the expiration date of our items during my shift
•Handling closing reports or cash out reports during closing time.
•Preparing weekly task for respective team members to maintain the cleanliness of our restaurant.
•Contributing ideas to generates our restaurant sales.
