- Manage the CEO's Office and schedule.
liaise between CEO and Division’s Chiefs and Executive Directors.
- Translate documents from English to Arabic and vise versa.
- Deal with confidential documents and treat them with extreme confidentiality & sensitivity.
- Prepare Presentations and Memos to be presented to the Company's Board of Directors and Senior Management.
- Follow-up on Meetings outcomes and deliverables within the set time frame.
- Taking Minuets of meetings.
- Welcome delegates and guests to the CEO's Office.
- Receive and screen incoming calls, mails, correspondents and visitors, determines which are priority matters, and inform the CEO accordingly.
- Arrange internal and external meetings.
- Coordinate and facilitate CEO's calendar to arrange meetings and appointments.
- Prepare agenda, materials for meetings, speeches, and conferences; takes minutes and keep records of their status..
- Ensure that all required logistics for the Office are available.
- Maintain organized filing system and retrieve corporate documents, records, and reports.
- Managing hotel bookings, reservations and travel arrangements for the CEO.
