1.Responsible to report Senior Deputy Inspector General of Police/Administration
2.Responsible to report Director/Strategic Development Division.

6.Responsible to develop analysis reports regarding the statistics and information provided by the other divisions and report to the senior management.

The following duties and responsibilities are doing when the tasked are assigned:
- Gathers statistics and general data; reviews and combines this information into established reports for use within and outside the unit. May develop new reports or revise existing reports, as directed. Distributes reports as directed by immediate supervisor.
-Managing and directing people into the targets of responsible tasks. That is depending on task as the workers are assigned me in different level.
- Originates correspondence and reports not requiring the personal attention of immediate supervisor. Answers telephone, taking and relaying messages. Receives, sorts, and distributes mail.
- Establishes and maintains records of equipment, including a log of equipment service dates. Initiates requests for service.
- Works closely with immediate supervisor in tracking timeliness of performance appraisals and preparing documents related to personnel actions.
- Periodically prepares an occupancy report by project or gather information to complete staffing reports for the unit and/or several projects, as directed by immediate supervisor.
- Performs other responsibilities associated with this position as may be appropriate.

As enhancing the knowledge in Business Plan Development, have been engaging with the CEFE Net Sri Lanka (International Organization) since year 2012, supporting to prepare Business Plans Reports.
