ACHIEVEMENTS:
A. Chilled Water System Assessment: Evaluated the Installed Chilled Water Systems and CHW Flushing and Treatment Process Pertaining to Testing and Commissioning Requirements, BMS Inclusions and Performance Requirements and provided timely inputs to facilitate remedial actions.
B. Provided critical inputs in the formulation of Cause and Effect matrix for Fire Alarm System and Building Evacuation Strategy.
C. Resolved numerous installation related pitfalls hindering the T&C Compliance and Approvals.
D. Amended the documentation flow process to expedite progress and conclude works.
E. Achieved critical milestones of T&C Program to facilitate TOC.
Scope of Work: Project Coordination, Site Supervision of Complete Mechanical systems, Testing and Commissioning, As Built Drawings, O&M Manuals and Handover.
Duties Include:
• Participate in the installation and commissioning progress meetings and report to the consultant and client representative.
• Review the design documents, Installation & T&C site inspections, procedures, manuals and project closeout documents
• Manage all testing activities from component level to system level and integrated facility level testing.
• Ensure prudent and optimal execution of T&C plan
• Assess and delegate resolution of issues
• Ensure the installed systems operate in compliance with performance specification
ACHIEVEMENTS:
1. Four Seasons 5 Star Hotel Project (Jeddah) (Role: Consultant/Client Representative):
A. Value Engineering: Optimized Grey Water Treatment Plant and reduced cost. Revised the Elevator Pit Drainage system and reduced the number of Pumps required.
B. Identified major design errors and deficiencies and provided timely advice and guidance to mitigate them. Namely: Inadequate Plant Spaces and Access, Drifting and Offset Chutes, Extreme Pressure Regimes, Inaccurate Pipe Sizing, Missing drainage Provisions, Faulty Controls Strategy etc.
1A) Project Name: FOUR SEASONS Five Star Hotel High Rise Project (B1+29 Floors)

ACHIEVEMENTS:
1. SAUDI ARAMCO Ras Tanura Pier Upgrade (Role: Contractor):
A. Cost Saving Initiatives: Deliberated with Designer and Client and replaced Expensive Steel Pipes with RTR, eliminated Chemical Filter for PACU air intake, Changed Fire Fighting Motorized Butterfly Valves to Manual as per Control Philosophy, Eliminated maintenance pumps as part of contractors supply scope.
B. Identified missing items as part of scope of work and provided timely intervention to include them as part of tender bidding and PO.

• Supervise and control work program, which include all project components. Review submitted schedules.
• Suggest Value Engineering propositions for Mechanical Systems.
• Formulate BOQ’s of proposed systems.
• Address and resolve all technical queries raised by design consultant.

A. Project Handover Status Evaluation: Evaluated the Installed Mechanical Systems in terms of Material Compliance, Installation Procedures, Testing and Commissioning Inclusions, BMS Inclusions and Performance Requirements etc.
B. Testing and Commissioning Supervision: Supervised the Testing and Commissioning Process in compliance with project guidelines, contractors T&C plan and specialist T&C recommendations.
C. Apprised the client of major installation issues and design performance deficiencies and provided timely advice and guidance by initiating Non Conformance Reports and Mitigation measures needed to resolve the Issues. Namely: Missing Dampers for Engineered Smoke Control System, Faulty Installation of Control Valves, Dampers etc., Material Non Compliance of Fire Safety System components, Missing Control Valves for District Cooling Chilled Water System etc.
2. Ministry of Interior Integrated Project (Role: Consultant):
A. Installation Supervision: Supervised the installation of Mechanical Systems as per project documents and standards.
B. Testing and Commissioning Supervision: Supervised the Testing and Commissioning Process in compliance with project guidelines, contractors T&C plan and specialist T&C recommendations.
C. Assisted the T&C Specialist in troubleshooting chilled water balancing issues, Air Balancing issues etc.
D. Handover: Supervised the complete handover of all 7 strategic projects in Jizan, Saudi Arabia

• Design HVAC, Plumbing and Fire Fighting Systems as per British/American standards.
• Illustrate concept/strategy and scheme designs from initial to final stage (design for construction)which can be thoroughly understood by all stakeholders concerned (Principal Engineers, Architects, Clients, Contractors etc.).
• Develop schematics for Heating, Comfort Cooling, Electrical, Plumbing, Fire fighting and Hot & Cold water services with clear depiction of different services with distinctive colour conventions.
