Operating and Monitoring BMS through Siemens Desigo Insight (5.1 Version) system
•Operationg and Monitoring Carrier chillers through CSM system.
•Operating and Monitoring Lighting control system through ABB Voyager System
•Generating Daily Reports for all the maintenance activities
•Supervision of all maintenance activities at site.
Responsibilities:
•To monitor Central chiller plant and other facilities through SCADA software and provide necessary solutions.
•Provide Maintenance of all equipment in plants through constant monitoring in SCADA software (Honeywell) and take necessary action in case of any issues. Take proactive steps for smooth functioning of the plant by working along with Maintenance team.
•To generate reports based on the current status of the plant and provide ideas for betterment of the process.
•Have good knowledge in SCADA software and equipment such as chiller, AHU and other equipment on site.
•To schedule PPMs and test runs of equipment and be in touch in Maintenance team till completion of the task
Nature of Duties:
•Operating and Maintaining Johnson Control MetasysBMS system.
•Handling and troubleshooting of the NAE panel DDC panel, LAN, BMS Software
•Have Done Mapping at Metasys system and all graphics binding
•Knowledge of Programming at FX Builder and VAV Configuration at LN Builder Software.
•HVAC CHILLING SYSTEM: chillers, VFD’S, Secondary pumps, and AHU’S and VAV’s.
•FIRE ALARM SYSTEM (Menvier 9100 system): Honeywell, loop cards, beam, Heat & Smoke Detectors, control Relays, MCP..
•Public Address System: ceiling mounted speakers, Amplifiers.
•Water level tanks: Domestic water tank, Flushing water tank, Fire Tank & Fire Pumps.
•Exhaust fans, Fresh air fans.
•Closed circuit television(CCTV), PTZ, fixed cameras
•Generating Daily Reports for all the maintenance activities and monthly PPM planning’s and monthly service reports
•Supervision of all maintenance activities at site.
Experience in India: -2.9 years
Nature of Duties:
•Operating and Maintaining Schneider Electric BMS system.
•Handling and troubleshooting of the Router panel, DDC panel, LAN, BMS Software
•Maintaining the parameters like temperature and relative humidity within the set point range
• Creating Daily parameters trend reports
•FIRE ALARM SYSTEM (EST 300 system): Honeywell, loop cards, beam, Heat & Smoke Detectors, control Relays, MCP.
•Public Address System: wall mounted speakers, ceiling mounted speakers, amplifiers.
