Contribution/Roles and Responsibilities:
• Monitoring Daily, Weekly and Monthly data loads by means of Info Packages and
Process Chains and resolving the errors, which occurred during data loading, data
transfer etc.
• Interacting with the onsite coordinator to analyze and resolve the errors which
occurred during data loading and for clarifying the queries regarding the tickets
posted by him.
• Worked on loading of master data and transaction data from SAP R/3 to SAP BW
• Handled tickets with different priority and never missed the SLA
• Interacting with the client during the weekly status meetings.
• Updating the client on the status of the tickets posted by him
• Creating Technical Specifications based on the functional specifications
• Worked extensively on Data ware house workbench (RSA1OLD/RSA!) and customized Info Objects, Info Cubes, DSO, Info package, Info sets and Multiproviders.
• Identify Content extractors from the ECC system and activating in ecc and replicating in BW/BI System
• Installed Business Content activation for objects Info Areas, Info Object Catalogs, Info Objects, DSOs, Info Cubes, and Multi Providers as per the requirement.
• Created Info Packages, Transformations and DTPs to load the data from SAP source system in to SAP BW/BI.
• Worked on creation of Generic Data sources using extraction with Tables.
• Migrating BW content objects like datasources, transfer rules, updates rules from 3.x data flow to 7.x dataflow.
• Involved in Transport of objects over the landscape, releasing request, unlocking objects from other TR and creating packages.
• Created Queries, Customizing the reports by using variables, exceptions, and conditions, restricted and calculated key figures, Formulas, and Conditions In queries.
• Testing & validating as per requirement functionally & technically.
• Conducted End user training.

• Designed, developed and modified Info objects, DSO objects and Info-Cubes.
• Involved in creating technical documents with reference to functional specification.
• Extracted the data from Lo data sources for sales and purchase areas.
• Extensively involved in Design and Creating Processes Chains to automate the
process of loading data into data targets.
• Involved in uploading both Master data and Transaction Data from the source system into the SAP BI.
• Loaded the data from R/3 to BI using Initialization with delta update and full update
methods.
• Involved in Business Content activation for objects like cube, data store objects,
Transactional cubes and MultiProvider etc.
• Involved in validating data consistency in reporting with Data Target against PSA
after loading them to data targets.
