• Spearheaded complete HR activities of the organisation, with a team of XX members, defining / implementing strategies with regards to talent and succession planning for identification of key talents based on performance / potential grid
• Administered Recruitment & Talent Management; involved in defining, finalizing & implementing the talent acquisition strategy based on business requirements in consultation with the Senior Management and Heads of different functional & operational areas
o Sourcing best talent from sources as job portals, referrals, campus placements & walk-ins
o Conducting selection interviews, managing Background Screening, Offer/ Appointment Letters and Payroll Inputs for new hires

• Evaluated & finalized overtime and commotions. Defining & implementing increment, incentive and other remuneration policies
• Supported Performance Management, Goal Setting, KPIs, performance management process and authentic application of organizational grading/ job architecture, increments and incentives, execution of half-yearly and annual performance appraisals, resolving employee grievances regarding appraisals preparing Appraisal Letters
