c.) Assisting Program Coordinator, which involved Class monitoring, lab monitoring, student issues, faculty issues, etc.

Worked at WordMed Services as Office Administrator & Data Manager. After working for two years as Data Manager & Network Administrator, I was promoted to Office Manager and Data Manager. I worked in WordMed Services from March 12, 2004 to April 09, 2009. While there my duties were:
(a) Downloading the data from the FTP site or from different client’s computers on daily basis and uploading them back to the clients on web-based website or on FTP or if required to their respective e-mail addresses.
(b) Supervised the distribution and assigning of data to the Medical Transcriptionists and Quality Control Editors and to keep a watch to get assigned work completed in the required time as we were to follow a specific TAT for all of our clients.
(c) Client correspondence and satisfying their queries when needed. This was handled on chat, e mail, telephone calls or via fax.
(d) Billing and invoicing was done on a monthly basis. I was also doing line count and invoicing of all data. I made invoices for each and every doctor that we were serving.
(e) As a part-time, I was also doing medical transcription and QC of some accounts. It included multiple specialties.
(f) To help and assist the network administrator to maintain the network and to resolve any network problems including troubleshooting and installations of all kind of application packages and etc.
(g) I was supposed to look into and to handle daily office routine by keeping an eye on all the hired staff as my boss was not present with us for three years, he was based in Multan office and we were in Lahore office, I was handling Lahore office alone with the consent of my boss.
(h) Handling of petty cash, office boy, monthly salary sheets and assisting the accountant in making overtime payment sheets.
