• Account development - managing and maximizing revenues for the direct and indirect business
• Consulting sales approach to understand and answer customer´s key business issues
• Developing a new healthy business pipeline to deliver sales targets derived from new business opportunities
• Selling the GL Solutions business portfolio of products and services and provide full technical services to the customers ( hosting, integration, implementation)
• Preparing presentations, reports, and price quotations for customers
• Address client concerns and ensure the resolution of issues in a timely manner
• Retain accounts through the development of strong relationships with key decision makers
• Response to RFI, RFQ, RFP and PQQ.
• Gathering information about the market consistently and keep our records up to date

The main objective is to increase the number of enrolled students by the appropriate implement of principles of sales and marketing here is the following duties:
• Handle and coordinate with program Coordinators the registration of students for the modules being taken in each semester.
• Develop and implement marketing, communication and student recruitment strategies aimed at prospective undergraduate and postgraduate students, parents and other influencers.
• Maintaining student academic information
• Monitoring and reporting on student satisfactory academic progress and academic eligibility such as degree completion, probations and suspensions, honor roll and graduation roll
• Coordinating and issuing official enrollment and academic certifications as required by the students, such as proof of enrollment letters, ID cards and transcripts and diploma.
• Organize the lecture time table for students.
• Organize the exam time table for students.
• Upload the course materials to student’s account.
• Perform creation of new accounts for students using university provide software tools.
• Provide training to students in the use of University’s system and applications
