- Oversees all of the financial activities of the group of companies on a detailed, hands on basis, and provides strategic and operational support to the management,

- One of the group members is a large wood factory; develop, establish and design the entire financial procedures and policies, business plan, costing calculation (before quotation issuance), inventory controlling system (raw material and finished goods).
- Re-build and re-structure the finance department policies and procedures for the entire group subsidiaries (Credit Policies, Purchasing Policies, and Depreciation Policies).
- Develop revenue control tools and reports (including, daily cash collection).
- In order to develop the group growth and profitability; review every expense lines. Hence, develop some procedures, new agreements and arrangements with suppliers and bank in order to reduce the overhead and direct cost as well.
- Develop the group HR, purchasing and general administrative processes and procedures; (ex. Hiring, leave process, bonus scheme, staff evaluation system, purchasing process and the authority structure, petty cash system)

- Develop and execute ERP solution for the committee. Enhance, controlling of WIP, project management reports and monitor cost of building the airport,
- Monitor investment tools for the committee available/surplus cash in an extensive monthly and annual return.
- Design and implement a comprehensive project financial reporting system. This provided accurate and timely reports and summaries for senior management on the status of the project at any one time.
- Negotiate, arranged and manage the relationship with the company banks, including bounding and development facilities.
- Restructure the staff communication with HR, Finance and Purchasing departments by implemented appropriate applications forms available on the Committee’s Server.
- Plan and implement a Finance Department chart and Administration Chart. Also, document flow chart.
- Implement a new company precise payroll system and manage its integration with the project cost ledger.
