Plan, direct, or coordinate the operations of the organization, overseeing multiple departments or locations. Duties and responsibilities include formulating policies, managing daily operations, and planning the use of materials and human resources.
Maintains and enhances the organization's human resources by planning,
implementing, and evaluating employee relations and human resources policies,
programs, and practices.
- Plan, direct, and coordinate the operations of administration in the company ( fleet,
telecommunication, services..etc.).
Provide leadership and coordination of Company’s Human Resource functions.
Develop and implement corporate Human Resource strategy and programs.
Responsible to start a corporate HR department for all companies of the group.
Supports Administrative operations by supervising staff; planning, organizing, and
implementing administrative systems.
