Key Responsibilities:
• Build a strong relationship between local business leaders and IT.
• Understands business operational needs and strategic direction to identify challenges and opportunities where technology can may increase efficiency and show cost savings.
• Implement the global IT strategy with ensuring the streamlined operation of all IT processes to alignment with the business objectives and requirements.
• Manages and sets stakeholders expectations.
• Define challenges, opportunities and set strategies that lead to initiate a strong and competitive digital plan.
• Analyze any new requirements, prepare the required business case, vendor assessment / selection till the delivery of the project/new requirements with ensuring the delivery of strong training for all users.
• Work with service providers to deliver impactful solutions.
• Manage / maintain all running business systems with ensuring the customers satisfaction.
• Build and maintain effective relationship pattern and positive communication channels with regional/global IT leaders.
• Control the IT budgets.
Key Accomplishments:
• Develop the Disaster recovery and business continuity plan for Head office in Egypt.
• Control all IT related budget and achieved all planned purchases on time as submitted on the budget plan.
• Rollout WIN10 on all users’ machines across Takeda Egypt.
• Implement many digital solutions with different departments including Mobile Apps, Website and Online Surveys.
• Manage and control the local procedures for network connection migration from BT to OBS without any disturbance to our local business.
• Provide day to day IT field services support for all users across Takeda Egypt.
• Create local IT SOPs and Policies including:
o Company Equipment Policy.
o Mobile Device Policy.
o IT acceptance use policy.
• Complete all required processes reviews by internal audit without any findings.
• Met the timelines for all global/regional solutions implementation.
• Design and provided trainings for all users across Egypt for any new solutions provided by IT.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and supervise IT team.
• Manages and sets stakeholder expectations.
• Works with service providers to deliver solutions/projects effectively and efficiently.
• Through collaborative efforts, allows clients to focus on their business and achieve their
goals locally through global alignment.
• IT Infrastructure Administration including servers and networks.
• Provides a single point of contact for IT helpdesk and issues troubleshooting.
• Helps clients understand service offerings available from internal IT service providers.
• Control the IT budgets.
Key Accomplishments:
• Led the IT preparation and infrastructure setup of the new Takeda premises in Egypt, and
Servers/networks migration from old premises to the new one.
• Led the integration between the remote sites local network and Takeda network.
• Implement Moodle system as electronic Quizzes system with zero cost.
• Upgrade the running Video Conference system in Cairo office.
• Implement BOB server and D2D backup to be a file and print server.
• Implement the Softphone solution.
• Implement Egypt Collaboration website on Takeda SharePoint portal.
• Upgrade network bandwidth on Cairo office.
• Build surveys for different departments by using SharePoint.
• Upgrade the existing attendance system and generate the required reports.
• Increase the Technical background for Takeda employees by creating user guide videosfor all
users to show them how to use any existing/new tools or modules.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage, Support, enhance, and maximize the utilization of the SFA solution “ECMS”.
• The point of contact for the WMP “customer targeting and segmentation” tool for Egypt.
• Manage and supervise Data Entries team.
• Work directly and assist Top Management and decision makers to make the right decisions by
providing detailed analysis reports.
• Marketing tools preparation for external events where technology can build competitive
advantage.
• Support other business applications related to the sales and marketing teams like
o Moodle System “electronic Quizzes Solution” o
Inquisite System “Survey Creator Solution”
o Coaching tool
• Analyze any new requirements and prepare the required documentation by the ELC to
submit to the Solution Center team.
• Coordinate withthird parties for any escalations or new requirements to deliver solutions
/projects effectively and efficiently.
• Track and resolve user issues.
• Train users on Electronic Customer Management System ‘ECMS’ and other existing
applications or new applications.
• Create user guide videos for FF to show them how to use the new tools or modules.
• Share best practices with BT colleagues in other countries.
• Ensure that all FF expectations have been met through the delivery of services or projects to
allow them to focus on their business and achieve the company goals.
Key Accomplishments:
• Led the SFA applications “ECMS” for several years and keep the system stable, up and
running with satisfied customers with the latest updated version.
• Led the preparation and implementation of many modules into the ECMS like:
o Samples Management and Control.
o Automation the process of customer potentiality change.
o Automation the process of customer target visits change.
• Participate in AfME FFE dashboard / SFA BI testing and implementation for Egypt.
• Build relationship network pattern “through FFE/Training/Marketing community” even
outside Egypt.
