1) Section : Planning Scheduling & Documentation
Keeps the record of all Aerospace Vehicles e.g. documentation of concerned Aircraft, hours flown, remaining hour’sscience inspection and installed and removed components on system etc.
Prepare reports and submit to concerned agencies regarding calendar and hourly inspection due parts and equipment’s.
Raise demands and prepare forecast of items and dispatch it to material control department for further action.
Ensure to implement the new modifications and one time checks of component directed by Air Headquarter and further send the status regarding directive.
At the end of every week prepare morning brief and stagger of Airspace Vehicles status and their performance for presenting to the Officer Commanding of unit.

Section: Turbo Engine Shop
Removal and installation of Aero engines from Aerospace Vehicles for the purpose of inspection, maintenance and Quality check.
Routine inspection of sophisticated and sensible parts of aero engine.
Major periodic inspection, troubleshooting, lubrication of engine and its accessories.
Updating the record of tools in central tool store for ease access when needed and applies the principle of good housekeeping.
Daily inspection, lubrication and cleaning of all Ground Support Equipment’s.
Updates the status of engine held and intimate Air Headquarter in advance for any life expiring engine for its replacement.

Oversee installation, operation, maintenance and repair to ensure that machines and equipment are installed and functioning according to specifications.
Schedule and Unscheduled maintenance, Preventive and Corrective maintenance of mechanical components and machines. Such as press machine, heat treatment kiln, glaze chipping machine, tiles printing machine, spray dryer, silos, conveyer belt system, gear boxes, belt and pulleys arrangement.
Diagnoses causes of problem and/or failure in mechanical systems, for the purpose to identify and/or the system repair and replacement needs, analyze material for existing and proposed mechanical systems.
Prepare repots related to assigned activities, maintain tools and equipment for the purpose of ensuring availability in safe operating condition.
Maintain variety of files and records (e.g. time sheet, inventory, work orders. labor/material estimates, equipment repair manuals, etc. for the purpose of providing an up to date reference.
Evaluation of mechanical and electromechanical systems and products by designing and conducting research programs; applying principles of mechanics, thermodynamics, hydraulics, heat transfer, and industrial materials.
Implements the execution of routine and preventive maintenance programs (e.g. systems for collection of work projects, prioritization, planning, and scheduling of work projects; adjusting work schedules in response to changing priorities, documenting and communicating information, etc) for the purpose of maximizing customer service, efficient and effective operations.
